Our story began in London with three fitness studios based in the trendy neighbourhoods of Kensington and Hampstead, as well as in Soho House’s 180 Health Club. Thanks to a dedicated team, a whole of lot dreams, word-of-mouth and acclaim in the UK’s biggest newspapers and fashion magazines, our signature EMS training programs gained widespread attention attracting some of the capitals leading talent from the worlds of film, fashion, fitness and more. But the truth is, it doesn’t matter where you walk into our studio from because we are dedicated to one thing, your own personal wellbeing.
